“Pickerbot Pro and Roboworks support were essential to speeding up our development and making our team competitive during our first participation in the RoboCup@Work competition! In our first participation in the RoboCup@Work competition, our focus was on executing the basic tasks as effectively as possible. We were amazed to discover that our robot could do much more. The team, composed of undergraduate students in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, developed robust software that, although not optimized for speed, successfully guided the robot in manipulating complex objects under various conditions. Our lack of experience cost us several points, but overall, the outcome was very positive and positioned us well to compete for top placements in the near future.”
